I WANT you to reach your goals and feel GREAT!

Private Yoga session cost
1:1 $100 for 1 hour private yoga session
1:1 $60 for 30 minute private yoga session
1:1 discount for more than 3 private yoga sessions
2:1 $160 for 1 hour private yoga session

I love working out on the field, rink, courts or outside. I prefer not to be in a gym. Our bodies have everything we need to loose weight or to gain strength & endurance. Using our bodies and simple exercise tools will help us reach our goals. Each class will be set up for you!

Ever since I was a very little girl I LOVED to ice skate. I would skate before school, during lunch time and then once again after school. My family lived in northern MN close to an old outdoor rink. Even though I was skating indoors often with clubs and classes, I would head down to that rink for more time on the ice and bring as many friends as I could.
As I got older, I skated in lots of figure skating competitions of precision, singles and shows. At one time; I was skating through 4 different city clubs. I was also involved in many sports and fitness classes to keep my body strong and healthy. I LOVED every moment of it.
My family, abilities and my love for the Lord were growing. All I wanted to do was teach my own children and everyone else my PASSION. I owned and operated Cloquet Skating Club until I moved closer to the cities, then built Ice Buddies in Wisconsin and Minnesota, also started and ran many Learn 2 Skate classes, women’s Bible study yoga, k

I thought life would be different after I was in a really bad car accident but God healed me and I decided it wasn’t going to BEAT me! Hockey, recreational skating, personal training and fundamentals became my new study! I feel so blessed everyday that I get to do what I LOVE.
